Dr. Lonscak has served the Beaufort area for the last 20 years and joined BJH in July of 2013. He holds doctorates in chiropractic as well as nursing practice. He is board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Board Eligible Emergency Nurse Practitioner. He provides both primary care services as well as chiropractic care to BJH patients. He is the Past President of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association and served as the Insurance and Compliance Chairman for 7 years. He is a two-time chiropractor of the year and a recipient of the Lt. Governor’s Palmetto Patriot Award, in recognition of outstanding public service. In addition, he is adjunct faculty at South University in Savannah, Ga where he currently teaches in their master’s and doctoral programs. In 2018, he completed a Master’s in Health Administration at the George Washington University, and then completed a Community Health Center Executive Fellowship at the University of Kansa Medical Center in 2019. He has a strong interest in the areas of health care finance, compliance, and grant writing. Greg has been civically active wherever he has lived and has a sincere belief in community development initiatives, particularly as it pertains to increasing health care access and improving health disparities. He is a lover of good food and wine and enjoys reading and weightlifting in his free time. He counts down the days to the start of football season, and is a big fan of the SC Gamecocks, Clemson Tigers, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
