NATIONAL HEALTH CENTERS WEEK

AUGUST 10 -16, 2008

Ridgeland, South Carolina – Beaufort Jasper Hampton Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. (BJHCHS) would like to invite you to join in and celebrate National Health Centers Week August 10 – 16, 2008 at seven (7) of their eight (8) sites. 

The Open House schedule is as follows:

Monday, August 11                        Estill – 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

                                                            Sheldon - 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Tuesday, August 12                      Hardeeville – 8:30 am – 11:00 am

Wednesday, August 13                Ridgeland – 8:30 am – 12:30 p.m.

Thursday, August 14                    “NATIONAL FARMWORKER HEALTH DAY”

St. Helena – 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Friday, August 15                           Chelsea (Main Site) – 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

                                                            Port Royal – 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm

There will be a Blood Drive at the Chelsea site on Wednesday, August 13, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and again on Thursday at the St. Helena site from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.                             

The centers will be performing free Blood Pressure Checks, Accuchecks, and HIV screenings during the open houses.  Come in and tour your health care facility and have refreshments with the staff.
